Give yourself a break and allow yourself a treat per day.  This is a fitting reward for being good most of the time.                       A word on long life - Li Chung Yun lived to 156 years and was asked about what he attributed to long life.  He answered inward calm, unprocessed foods, moderate eating and plenty of exercise.            The power of love and forgiveness must never be underestimated.               To accept praise one must first learn to share it with others.                                You must be careful how you love.  Because on the waves of love you can affect the people you most care for.                                  A healthy body is less susceptible to illness and disease.                          A healthy body requires fresh air, fresh clean water, non-violent foods, and clean, fresh and loving thoughts.                    When you feel run down take some time out, even if it is only a small amount of time. Allow your mind and body to energise itself.                   The gift of water nourishes our blood and our cells and prevents build-up of toxic wastes in our body.  Try to drink 6 to 8 glasses of quality water a day.
